Media Buyer for Leading UK Property Brand: Extra £400,000 Generated

I was the Media Buyer and Strategy Manager for this paid ads strategy

This client was introduced to me by referral - their website was already driving lots of traffic, and they were one of the most trusted and preeminent brands in their market.

But, they were primarily focused on one channel for generating new leads, and wanted to diversify the channels they used, so that they weren't overly reliant on just one channel, in case it were to 'dry up' in the future.

So, we held a consulting session, where together we collaborated on making a paid ads marketing strategy that was designed for the specifics of their business and market.

We would primarily rely on Meta Ads for this campaign.

After this was designed, they chose to contract with me to be their paid ads manager to oversee the campaign

Over the course of this campaign, I generated around 3100 leads in 9 months in team of two across all channels, leading to an estimated £400,000 of revenue for the business. In managing their paid ads strategy and media buying, I achieved a lead cost of £17.09 per lead, with an average sale worth £6000 to the business. By using their existing customer conversion data, our online paid advertising allowed us to reach more qualified customers at a higher cost effectiveness, creating a profitable advertising campaign for their business. This allowed the client to add a new lead source to their business, providing them with something they could use in the long term in the interests of their business.
