Hired and led team of three, successfully pitching and executinf four new projects for the client. I redeveloped their marketing and lead tracking systems, generating 3500 calls through their website, which created an estimated revenue potential of £180,000/sale, leading to an estimated £1,000,000 of customer lifetime value per year.

Created roughly £400,000 of revenue in nine months by generating leads using paid advertising in a team of two. Generated 3100 leads in 9 months, managing paid ads strategy and media buying, achieving a lead cost of £17.09/lead, with an average sale worth £6000

Advised Successful Merger Between Two Digital Marketing Firms

Mar 2022 - Jun 2022

I helped this business to boost revenue from $50,000/month to $110,000/month by enabling the two owners to focus on their respective strengths, sales and service delivery.

I advised on the implementation of organisational charts and on hiring line managers, redistributing headcount away from web development and instead into digital advertising, maximising revenue per head.

Advised Founder on Sales and Marketing In Order to Increase Revenue

Feb 2019 - Mar 2019

I assisted in quickly growing revenue from £11,000/month to £20,000/month through an advisory role.

I designed a new sales process for the founder to use with her existing laed flow in order to close more new deals.
